The report titled “Syrian-Owned Businesses in Turkey: Assessment After the 2023 Earthquakes” prepared within the scope of the “Refugee Entrepreneurship Research Excellence Program-2024” research project conducted by Building Markets and Boğaziçi University Tourism Management Application and Research Center (B.Ü. TUYGAR) has been published.

The main purpose of the report prepared within the scope of the “Refugee Entrepreneurship Research Excellence Program-2024” research project carried out by Building Markets and B.Ü. TUYGAR is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the earthquake disasters that occurred in February 2023 on Syrian-owned businesses in Turkey. The report evaluates the resilience of Syrian-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the regions affected by the earthquakes, the challenges they face and the contributions they provide.
