Senior executives in travel and accommodation sector are investigated based on “Competing Values Framework” model developed by Robert E Quinn Senior to see which of the 8 managerial roles in the model they play and to what extend they play these 8 roles and to see which of the 24 competences that constitute these roles they play and to what extent they are competent.

Within this scope, datas are collected by the help of questionnaire that is prepared by Quinn and adjusted by the researcher and distributed to 50 managers who are selected according to the principal of accessability.
